Been training for the Tahoe RIM Trail 100 for four months now and about a month ago pulled a muscle in my calf. The soreness has been pretty constant, but here lately it has moved down to around my upper ankle and has become a touch more acute. If I just have soft tissue damage then I will feel better about toeing the starting line in a week and a half and running till the wheels fall off however if we are dealing with a bone related injury then my decision to DNS is going to be a lot tougher!
